Donations made to the Foundation are used in accordance with our statutory objectives, which include:
Donors may specify a particular purpose for their donation. Unrestricted donations are allocated where the need is greatest. All donations are accounted for in our annual financial reports, which are published on our Reports page.
Individuals filing income tax returns in Poland may designate 1.5% of their tax to our Foundation by entering our KRS number (0000 978 382) in their tax return. This transfer is free of charge to the taxpayer and does not reduce their tax refund or increase their tax liability.
The deadline for filing tax returns and designating 1.5% is the end of April each year. More information is available on our Activities page.
The Foundation processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish data protection law. Personal data provided through our contact form, volunteer registration, or other communications is used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and providing support.
